Q: CAN I TOUR THE APARTMENTS?
A: Not yet, but please schedule an appointment to learn more about our apartments and to start your income qualification and application.
Q: WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED?
A: Studio, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments.
Q: WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
A: We are a pet-friendly community with breed restrictions. A maximum of two pets is allowed. Please note that we require a refundable pet deposit of $500.
Q: IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
A: Yes. Off-street parking spaces and garage stalls are available for a monthly fee.
Q: IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED?
A: No.
Q: IS THERE WI-FI?
A: Residents are responsible for arranging and paying for their in-home internet service.
Q: CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR RESIDENCY?
A: In general, full-time students are not eligible. Full-time students may qualify if there is at least one part-time student or non-student leaseholder. However, some exceptions may apply, so please contact us for more information.
Q: CAN I RESERVE AN APARTMENT ONLINE?
A: We encourage you to begin your application to reserve your apartment. Please call for additional details.
Q: WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: We offer 12-month lease agreements.
Q: ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS?
A: Generally, a maximum of two occupants per bedroom is allowed.

A: To reserve an apartment, a completed application and a $500 holding fee/deposit are required.

Q: WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
A: Residents are responsible for electricity, cable TV, phone, and internet service.
Q: MY INCOME VARIESHOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH I MAKE?
A: Review your last six pay stubs and total your gross earnings. Divide that total by six to determine your average income per pay period. Then multiply that amount by the number of pay periods you receive each year. If you need assistance, please give us a call and we'll be happy to help pre-qualify you.
Weekly = 52 pay periods
Bi-Weekly = 26 pay periods
Semi-Monthly = 24 pay periods
Monthly = 12 pay periods
Q: WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
A: A $50 non-refundable application fee is required to process your application. A $500 holding fee/deposit is due to reserve your apartment, with the remaining security deposit due at move-in.
